About Me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Washington State Approved Supervisor, Child Mental Health Specialist and a Mental Health Professional.*
In addition to my private practice, I have taught in an adjunct capacity and provided clinical supervision in Seattle University’s Graduate Program in Counseling and School Psychology. I served as the Field Placement Liaison for Seattle University’s Graduate Program in Counseling and School Psychology for five years. I am a registered member of the American Counseling Association.
I am passionate about helping people who feel stuck move forward. Whether your stress stems from anxiety, depression, problems in your relationships, at work, school, or marriage, I am here to help.
I have experience providing therapy at community mental health agencies, as well as doing advocacy work for and direct service with homeless women, families, and youth. Additionally, I have experience working with counselors and practitioners who work in agencies and may be facing burnout, secondary trauma, and/ or compassion fatigue.
